From the Dead of Night (1989)

A supernatural thriller about a woman, Joanna Darby (Lindsey Wagner) who after a brush with death starts to experience one strange thing after another. Escaping the world of darkness, she returns, but finds herself tormented  by the undead that want to reclaim her. Her current boyfriend think she is nuts, but her ex-lover Peter (Bruce Boxleitner) is willing to help her find out the truth. Luckily for Joanna, who works as a fashion designer, her boss Maggie (Diahann Carroll) thinks it's OK that she spends no time at all at work, despite the fact there's a big fashion show coming up...
Diahann really isn't seen that much in this TV movie. Since it had to do with fashion I'm sure they just wanted someone with a true feeling for class, so they choose Diahann. It's a, well, OK TV movie, though the music dates it as being even older than it actually is.
